Detta är ett linjärt flashminne som normalt sett INTE kan ersättas genom att installera PCMCIA läsare och compactflash minnen. ATA flash kan ofta ersättas på det sättet men detta är alltså inte ett ATA flash minne utan ett linjärt minne.
