Inom formfaktorn ITX har VIA lanserat en serie moderkort med processorer som börjar från 533 MHz. Tanken är att man skall kunna bygga extremt kompakta och tysta system. Man behöver ingen fläkt till dessa kort vare sig för deras processorer eller chipset. Man har inbyggd grafik, LAN, ljud, TV-ut (både SVHS och RCA), serie-, parallell- och USB portar.
